With every new release since 2004’s Saw, the brutal horror movie series has co-promoted its “Saw Nurse” “Give ‘Til It Hurts” Halloween blood drive campaign with the Red Cross. However, this year’s set of posters, featuring model Katherine MacDonald, above, may be the creepiest yet.

Marking the sixth drive, timed for the debut of Saw VI this coming Friday, October 23rd, the first poster depicts a sexy, death-white RN wearing a face-mask…made from someone else’s face. Even her hairdo signifies dread, styled to evoke the notorious Nurse Ratched, right, of One Flew Over The Cuckoo Nest fame.

It’s the second poster, below, however, that truly pricks the darkest parts of the imagination: Our sinister caregiver dressed in a uniform made seemingly from hundreds of ultra-long hypodermic needles, each tipped with a tiny drop of blood.
